• Create a personalized plan establishing conception goals

• Receive lifestyle, nutrition, and/or detoxification guidance to enhance fertility health 

• Client responsible to share food diary

• Learn to determine your fertile window via Menstrual Cycle Analysis 

• (1) Herbal Consultation 

• Identify, activate, and nourish your 7 chakra energy zones to maximize fertility health 

• Promote healing, manage stress, reduce anxiety, ease frustrations, and process womb trauma

• Work through mental and emotional roadblocks

• Aid in relaxation and mindfulness techniques, including guided meditations

• Provide holistic care resources

• IUI/IVF support and preparation

• Accompaniment to 3 clinic appointment (virtual)

• Unlimited email/text support for up to three months

• Client responsible to give Doula updates regarding progress

• Client required to disclose all related up to date health information when asked
